SUBJECT OF ELECTRONIC PUBLIC BIDDING
Subject to electronic public bidding is the undeveloped construction land owned by the Republic of Macedonia, provided with a detailed urban plan as “Old Railway station”, of Municipality of Centar with purpose-construction of communal infrastructure-E1, communal superstructure - E2, small commercial and business units-B1, big trade units-B2, large catering units-B3, business premises-B4 and hotel complexes-B5,with compatible purpose classes (the compatible purpose classes will be determined through the selection of the basic purpose class by the investor of the construction lot, according to the Rulebook for standards and norms fro urban planning) pursuant the chart review containing the data on the construction lot, number of the cadastre parcel, maximum height, total area of the construction lot, area foreseen for construction, percentage of construction, coefficient of utilization, total planned individual compatible purpose classes, initial price per square meter and deposit for participation in the public bidding.

We inform you that in the months September-October 2011 the airports in Macedonia noted increasing number of passengers, compared with the same period in 2010.

We inform you that the first 16 minibuses intended for public transportation in Skopje has arrived. At the moment the minibus will be subject to detailed technical inspection to determine whether it meets the necessary technical specifications laid down in the tender documentation and whether it is in accordance with the requirements for certification arising from the Rulebook for approval of new trailers, systems, components and separate units intended for such vehicles. After obtaining the appropriate approval for certification by the Bureau of Metrology it is expected the remaining 15 minibuses to be delivered by mid-December 2011.

We inform you that at the meeting of the Macedonian - Polish joint commission for international road transport of goods and passengers held in the past two days in Warsaw, Poland, a protocol was signed at which the next contingent of permits for transport of goods in 2012 was agreed, as follows: 3,000 bilateral transit permits, 1,000 permits for bilateral transit for vehicles with Euro 2 standard and 500 permits from and to third countries.

We would like inform you that today at 12:00 am expired the deadline pursuant the public call for submission of application for participation in the concession for the execution of construction, reconstruction, maintenance, toll collection and use of state roads in the Republic of Macedonia - Package 1 and Package 2.

We inform you that today in the conference hall of the Government of Republic of Macedonia a public presentation was held of the final report on research on assessment of investment projects for water supply and wastewater disposal and the initial report on the technical and managerial assistance to the activities of investment projects for water supply and disposal of wastewater in Macedonia.

We would like to inform you that the State Inspectorate for Transport, as a body within the Ministry of Transport and Communications, during the month of August 2011 as a result of the conducted inspections prepared 299 reports deviations from established legal framework, pursuant to the authorizations deriving from the Law on Road Transport.

We inform you that from 10.10.2011, starting from 00:00hrs starts annual application for electronic distribution of CEMT licenses for 2012 and preparing the individual plan as reservation of a separate transport permits for the transport of goods in 2012 .
